Hi y’all!

The other day, I had the insane pleasure of stopping by the Woodlands Natural Heath, wellness center and clinic, for this episode of #10MINUTESWITH. I had the honor of speaking with Mike Riippa, Yvette Raymond, and Stacy Rowlett.

Yvette is trained in multiple healing modalities that address key factors required to get your life back on the path to true wellness.

Stacy Rowlett, RN
Stacy Rowlett is a Registered Nurse with a calling for helping people heal holistically. She is a Certified Raindrop Technique Specialist with experience in reflexology and aromatherapy. Stacy has a tender heart and enjoys working with all people who seek a more natural approach to restoring health.

I really learned so much from these three. I ended up hanging out chatting before and after the taping, for two hours. I even booked some micro current neurofeedback sessions with Yvette. Ironically I have a fear of public speaker and some minor anxiety issues, that we plan on addressing! I have no idea what to expect, but I plan on documenting my experience and shedding light on this new type of therapy.
